Their cheese sticks are to die for and you can tell everything is homemade no crappy frozen crusts! Their wings are pretty good, chicken fingers and onion rings are also a must try! You will not be disappointed ordering from here!!! -

So we order from these guys as a family of 7 almost every Friday night. There are 5 adults and 2 children 1 is 4 years old the other is 1 and a half. We all love the pizza and the value. However, tonight we were eating our delivered pizza together and not just on the pizza but baked into the cheese I found a staple, an open, bent, staple right in the middle of my slice of pie(thank god it was mine and not my niece or nephews). so I called luigis very calmly explained the staple and how dangerous it would have been if the children ate it. The lady put the manager on and said "sorry I don't see how that would have happened". That's it sorry I wasn't expecting anything but the sorry was more like a sorry but what do you want me to do about it. This made me freeze how do I respond? so I just ended the conversation and we are seriously unsure of if we want to order in the future. This is my first post I have ever entered on yelp ever, and the reaction I got from a manager did not make me feel assured it would not happen again. Mistakes happen but it felt like they didn't care about the customer tonight at all. A normally great meal for us at a great price has made us thankful that an adult managed to find a metal staple in their meal and not a child.

I love their pizza here. For the price, you can't beat it! I have never had any quality issues with the food whatsoever. The location is way too rough though. Would never go pick up.
